李廣益於2007年7月擔任天津泰達足球俱樂部總經理 ，天津在任時間長達8年 ，审计审计在此期間，局月泰達俱樂部有過“高光時刻”——獲得聯賽亞軍、份进足協杯冠軍 ，驻泰但除此之外大部分賽季戰績平平。达俱李廣益在任時 ，乐部球隊曾發生“罷訓事件”引發關注 ，俱樂部還曾發公開信“三問球迷” ，惹怒球迷。
董文勝在2017年7月成為泰達足球俱樂部董事長 、總經理。近幾個賽季，泰達俱樂部基本為保級而戰 。上賽季開始 ，泰達俱樂部出現嚴重財務危機 ，拖欠球員和員工薪資數億元 。在投資方天津泰達投資控股有限公司退出足壇後，俱樂部目前由天津市體育局托管。
據了解 ，今年3月 ，天津市審計局進駐泰達俱樂部 ，對該俱樂部自1998年以來的所有賬目進行了審計。
