崔始源在KBS 2TV月火電視劇《各位國民》中飾演稀裏糊塗與警察結了婚的始源收视資深騙子楊正國。
在4月9號播出的开始第七集和第八集中 ，決心競選國會議員的反击楊正國為了得到金主英(音譯)的幫助而答應他高價出售位於商圈不景氣位置的破舊建築的條件 ，楊正國也因此將目標鎖定在中了彩票的各位国民老夫婦身上 ，對他們施展騙局 。资深

但是反击在劇集的結尾楊正國因為老夫婦真摯的話語“我們不想把承受的痛苦帶給別人 ，因為金錢而受到的各位国民傷痛一輩子都不會治愈”而感到內疚 ，於是资深取消了與老夫婦的建築交易合同，並決定今後不再欺騙他人 ，骗崔用自己的力量參選國會議員 ，令觀眾更加期待接下來的劇情發展。
