Sporting Ursula's ever-recognisable tall blonde wig, Wilson's star turn was cemented with a spot-on version of "Poor Unfortunate Souls" from the 1989 Disney classic.
Wilson's penchant for boisterous and sassy comedy made a great fit for the role of Ursula, which was voiced by Pat Carroll in the original movie.

The Pitch Perfectstar also shared some behind the scenes' shots on her Instagram account, as well as backstage photos with the cast.
"Sooooo much fun working with this incredible cast! And singing such incredible material!" Wilson wrote.
Wilson was joined by Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt'sTituss Burgess, who reprised his role as Sebastian the crab. Burgess played the character in the original Broadway production in 2007.
Also involved was Full House'sJohn Stamos as Chef Louie and singer-songwriter Sara Bareilles as Ariel.
Now, if she'd only bring this show Down Under to the poor, unfortunate souls in her Australian homeland.
