韓喬生說道 ：“足協擴軍的打欠事還沒搞完，官司就找上門來了 。促足由於欠薪的快解原因呢 ，受亞足聯保護的韩乔外援 、外教 ，生亚官司一告一個準 。足联亞足聯敦促中國足協 ，新赛薪敦协尽盡快解決欠薪的季严决问問題 ，並且明文規定，打欠如果在賽季開始之前 ，促足仍然沒有解決欠薪人的官司 ，相關隊伍不能夠在新賽季進行注冊 。如果違規 ，亞足聯將追加處罰 ，等於足協之前出台的欠薪可以準入的這條規定啊 ，也就作廢了 。”
“眼下當務之急，是解決曆史遺留問題欠薪 ，這樣可以製止金元足球的餘波持續蔓延。以目前這種狀態 ，中國足球還想著擴軍，往下看看 ，青少年的分級聯賽製度做完了嗎 ？散落各地的草根球隊 ，有沒有係統的管理呢？有太多的事情要做 ，幹嘛總想著擴軍這件事呢 ？”
