全隊今天以恢複性訓練為主，备战保利隊員們展現出了積極的尼奥狀態。在熱身活動之後 ，单练隊員們在教練的卡伤帶領下分別進行了傳球和搶圈訓練 。訓練課最後階段 ，缺图全隊進行了恢複體能的上港跑步訓練 。
