1.12蘿卜、鯪魚肉、做法蝦米、家常蔥、萝卜香菜、焖鱼榮華臘腸

2.21蘿卜切塊,蔥、香菜切碎(另留一些上碟用),蝦米 、榮華臘腸切小粒

3.在鯪魚肉內加入所有切碎的材料與調味料(生粉除外) ,醃上10分鍾

4.加入生粉 ,拌均勻 ,並把所有材料用手摔至有彈性,待用

5.熱鍋,下油 。下蒜片 ,爆出香味

6.下蘿卜塊,稍煎一下,下糖、雞粉、蠔油和水 ,煮開

7.在煮蘿卜的同時,在手上抹點色拉油 ,把鯪魚肉丸的材料擠成小丸 ,待用

8.待蘿卜塊煮至6成熟 ,下魚丸,加蓋燜煮10分鍾左右

9.下蔥,香菜即可上桌
