北京時間11月15日 ，再业諾維奇官方消息 ，官方前維拉主帥迪恩-史密斯成為球隊主教練 ，迪恩雙方簽約兩個半賽季 。闪电值得一提的再业是 ，迪恩-史密斯在2021年11月7日被英超球隊阿斯頓維拉解雇 ，官方一周之後 ，迪恩他就重返英超 ，闪电成為了諾維奇的再业主帥 。
