在轉會費方麵 ，亿欧巴黎為內馬爾支付了2.22億歐元違約金 。西媒其他的暗示支出 ，則主要是巴黎不值薪水和獎金。內馬爾在巴黎的稅前年薪為43334400歐元 ，他簽署了5年合同 ，並有權續約一年。內馬爾的浮動獎金條款為600萬歐元 ，他的稅前年薪約為5000萬歐元 。按照5年合同期來算的話 ，巴黎為內馬爾支付薪水和轉會費的總額 ，約為4.89億歐元。
幾個月前 ，內馬爾與巴黎完成了續約 ，他的新合同就會持續到2025年6月30日 。《世界報》指出 ，內馬爾在續約後基本待遇保持不變 。不過在肖像權方麵 ，內馬爾將全部個人肖像權都給了巴黎俱樂部。這也就意味著 ，內馬爾其實事實上接受了一定幅度的降薪 。
內馬爾如今效力巴黎4年多 ，他始終沒有率隊拿到最想要的歐冠獎杯 ，上賽季巴黎甚至丟掉了法甲冠軍 。巴黎為內馬爾付出了如此之高的代價 ，這筆史上最貴轉會究竟值不值 ？《世界報》給出了他們的態度：“內馬爾隻在巴黎進了一次歐冠決賽 ，他還因傷缺席了一半聯賽……”
