7.拌好蛋黃糊後加入1/3的蛋白糊,用刮刀輕輕的往上翻拌均勻。

8.然後把蛋黃糊全部倒入蛋白糊裏。

9.繼續用刮刀往上翻拌均勻 。

10.拌均勻後把2/3的蛋糕糊倒入模具裏。將巧克力粉放入剩餘的蛋糕糊裏翻拌均勻。將巧克力糊倒到蛋糕糊表麵 。

11.然後用刮刀輕輕的劃幾刀 ,要劃到底部 ,然後抹平表麵震幾下放入預熱好的烤箱中層烤60分鍾,上下火160度 。

12.烤好後出爐倒扣冷卻後脫模即可。
