林良銘說 ：“這個冬訓我們練的声感非常好 ，身體 ，谢主競技狀態各方麵都恢複得不錯 ，教练我個人也從謝暉指導身上學到了很多東西 ，质的改真得非常感謝他 。林良”
在被問到謝暉到底給球隊帶來了哪些方麵的改變時 ，林良銘表示 ：“有很多方麵 ，包括技戰術 ，包括球隊的精氣神，等等。我感覺感覺球隊有一種質的變化。”
在被問到倉促進入賽區 ，為什麽球隊在體能方麵還有不錯的表現時 ，林良銘表示 ：“冬訓期間 ，我們在謝暉的帶領下 ，練了很多體能 ，我們體能儲備的非常充分 。”（搜狐體育 裴力）
