7.在烤盤裏鋪上油紙 ，將麵糊倒入抹平，放入前震兩下 ，把麵糊裏大的氣泡震出 。
8.烤前在麵粉糊中均勻地撒上蔓越莓幹和葡萄幹 。
9.放入預熱好的烤箱裏，180度烤18分鍾 ，烤至表麵金黃 。
10.出爐倒扣在網架上 ，撕走油紙 ，放涼切塊食用
