在之前曼聯0-1負於維拉之後。阿邦拉霍就表示索帥應該離開 。他說道：“曼聯現在需要讓索爾斯克亞離任 ，或者給他一個董事會的職位 ，然後去引進孔蒂或齊達內這樣的教練 ，他們會從這些球員中得到更好的結果 ，我認為索爾斯克亞在一些決策上已經偏離了目標。”
