根據處罰公告 ，场挥比賽第19分鍾新都老友防守隊員對客家聯盟33號隊員犯規 ，拳打裁判員及時暫停比賽 ，终身在做出判罰的公安同時 ，客家聯盟隊場下部分隊員與新都老友隊場上隊員發生語言衝突 。机关禁赛隨後老友聯10號隊員唐必聖衝到場邊 ，已介余赛员被揮拳擊打客家聯盟領隊 。入成人球新都老友聯8號隊員沈銳 、都业12號隊員姚航隨後攻擊客家聯盟隊員 ，场挥引起雙方隊員聚集並發生衝突 ，拳打導致客家聯盟領隊及部分隊員受傷。
處罰 ：
1 、終身禁止新都老友聯足球隊10號隊員唐必聖報名參加由新都區足球協會舉辦的所有比賽;
2、對新都老友聯足球隊8號隊員沈銳取消2年參賽資格處罰 ，時間自2021年10月12日-2023年10月11日止;
3 、對新都老友聯足球隊12號隊員姚航取消2年參賽資格處罰,時間自2021年10月12日-2023年10月11日止;
4、扣除新都老友聯足球隊聯賽保證金2000元 。
