在2021年10月14日下午進行的前交缺燕京啤酒2021中國足協杯1/16決賽廣州富力對陣成都蓉城的比賽中，富力隊長葉楚貴在比賽進行到第36分鍾的裂伤時候左膝關節扭傷，隨即下場 。广州关节
賽後經全麵診斷 ，城官楚贵叉韧葉楚貴左膝關節前交叉韌帶撕裂 。宣叶在傷情確診後 ，左膝俱樂部上下高度重視 ，前交缺同時也感到非常遺憾 。裂伤葉楚貴在經過多年成長和鍛煉後 ，广州关节已成為廣州富力的城官楚贵叉韧中流砥柱 ，並在2021賽季多次戴上隊長袖標。宣叶他在2021賽季完成富力生涯百場裏程碑，各項賽事代表球隊出戰13場 ，貢獻2粒進球 。
