9.蛋清加兩滴白醋進行攪打 ,剛開始的時候加一部分糖 ,攪打至軟性發泡時加一部分糖 ,繼續攪打至硬性發泡
10.攪打好後的蛋清,呈白色 ,提起打蛋器有不消失的小尖兒,倒置蛋清不會落下來
11.將蛋白分三次加入剛才攪拌好的蛋液中 ,切拌勻
12.8寸的烤盤放入油紙
13.現將蛋糕糊倒入模具中 ,之後在中間挖一個凹槽,將剛才放置旁邊的蛋液倒入
14.烤箱先170°預熱個三五分鍾 ,之後放入烤箱170°烤製18分鍾(根據我的烤箱的情況)
15.蛋糕散發香味,少許上色後 ,就拿出來
16.包上錫紙以免上色過度,繼續放入烤箱烤製10分鍾 ,還是170°(時間是根據我家的烤箱情況得出的)
17.拿出來之後就耐心的等待它涼 ,然後變凹 。拿開錫紙的時候把麵兒上一層揭掉了,不然就好完美 。哎~
18.成品圖,看見中心的爆漿了不~~原諒我切的時候手忙腳亂來不及拍。結果漿流了好多,隻能切好了之後拍來看
19.來個大!特!寫 ! 口感軟糯 ,蜂蜜的香味撲鼻而來,中心的爆漿區甜蜜蜜軟綿綿,雖然賣相並沒有那麽美好,但是味道家裏人都讚口不絕。嘿嘿,菜鳥的第一次嚐試 ,還不錯~~
