10.攪打好後的蛋清,呈白色,提起打蛋器有不消失的小尖兒,倒置蛋清不會落下來

11.將蛋白分三次加入剛才攪拌好的蛋液中 ,切拌勻

12.8寸的烤盤放入油紙

14.烤箱先170°預熱個三五分鍾,之後放入烤箱170°烤製18分鍾(根據我的烤箱的情況)

15.蛋糕散發香味 ,少許上色後,就拿出來

17.拿出來之後就耐心的等待它涼,然後變凹。拿開錫紙的時候把麵兒上一層揭掉了 ,不然就好完美。哎~
