Sure, there are plenty of people out there who gush at the sight of flowers.
Then there are the others who go mad for fried chicken. We all know at least one person that does.
And for those weirdos, KFC in New Zealand are putting together a bouquet of fried chicken for Valentine's Day.
SEE ALSO:All you Valentine's Day haters are wrong. There, I've said it.Sadly, there's only a limited amount being made at the Quay Street store in Auckland, but what's stopping you from getting some nice wrapping paper and filling it up with fried chicken, DIY style? The ton of grease? Hey, don't let facts get in the way of a memorable Valentine's Day gift.
Of course, KFC in New Zealand isn't alone in its hijackingcelebration, of the romantic day.
At the Canadian version of the chain, you can send your lover a ChickenGram, which is like a box of chocolates but filled with fried chicken instead.
Or last year in the UK, star-crossed lovers were able to have a romantic dinner at one of the chain's restaurants on V-Day, complete with tablecloths and employees holding bottles of Pepsi like champagne.
Who says romance is dead?
