北京時間12月28日 ，官方西甲豪門巴塞羅那官方宣布 ，巴萨從曼城簽下西班牙國腳費蘭-托雷斯 。宣布據此前媒體的签下報道 ，雙方將簽訂一份為期5年的费兰合同 ，巴薩將為費蘭-托雷斯支付5500萬歐固定+1000萬歐浮動的官方轉會費 。
費蘭-托雷斯現年21歲 ，巴萨西班牙國腳 ，宣布司職右邊鋒 ，签下同時也可以出任中鋒和左邊鋒 ，费兰是官方鋒線上的萬金油球員。費蘭-托雷斯出道於瓦倫西亞俱樂部 ，巴萨2018年一月升入蝙蝠軍團一線隊 。宣布2020年夏天 ，签下曼城斥資2800萬歐元簽下費蘭-托雷斯 ，费兰而當時他的《轉會市場》身價為4500萬歐元 。
上個賽季，費蘭-托雷斯代表曼城在各項賽事出場36場 ，打入13球助攻3次 。其中 ，英超24場7球2助攻 ，歐冠6場4球 ，足總杯3場1球 ，聯賽杯3場1球1助攻 。而本賽季 ，費蘭-托雷斯在隊內的地位下降，同時還遭遇了長期的傷病 ，迄今為止隻出場7次 ，打入3球助攻1次 。
在《轉會市場》上，費蘭-托雷斯如今的身價為5000萬歐元 。據悉 ，巴薩新主帥哈維是這筆交易成功的關鍵因素 ，正是他指名要簽下費蘭-托雷斯 ，才推動巴薩在財政緊張的情況下完成了這筆收購 。
