本期集訓從3月3日開始 ，国足國足下一場12強賽將與沙特隊在阿聯酋沙迦中立場進行 。强赛前还根據最新賽程安排 ，有两比賽時間由原定的场热北京時間3月25日零點 ，調整為3月24日23點。身赛
李霄鵬表示 ，踢主最後兩場12強比賽會選用心理狀態更好的国足隊員 ，他直言“現在不談成績了 ，强赛前还誰能拚誰上 。有两”在人員方麵 ，他說 ：“我們跟歸化球員一直保持密切的聯係 ，現在的情況應該說不太樂觀，因為我們要求他們10日到迪拜 ，接受國家隊的相關體能測試 。現在來看 ，他們的行程很難達到 ，我們會盡量安排在國內訓練情況比較好的隊員去 。”
