北京時間11月29日 ，河北河北足球俱樂部傳出消息 ，队明队球店费苦苦掙紮的日开河北隊30日將重新集中 ，前往廣東三水 ，练外備戰最後一階段的援归员自用拖中超聯賽 。不過據了解 ，付机由於俱樂部囊中羞澀 ，票出球員前往客場的征酒機票費用，由個人墊付 ，河北將來俱樂部再予以報銷 。队明队球店费另外，日开球隊在三水將下榻一家溫德姆酒店 ，练外酒店餐飲費用暫時也隻能拖欠 ，援归员自用拖待事後俱樂部再想辦法結算付款 。付机
此前球隊外援梅米舍維奇和主教練金鍾夫已經返回中國，票出並且在廣州隔離 ，因而選擇在廣東地區集結 ，也比較方麵 ，另外河北俱樂部的牛沱基地因為經費問題，已經暫時關閉 ，場地無法使用 ，加上天氣寒冷，球隊也隻能令尋訓練場地。
按照計劃，河北隊30日在廣東三水集中 ，開始備戰最後一階段聯賽，12月10日將直接前往賽區 。目前球隊合同期內的絕大多數隊員都會前往報到 。外援方麵除了塞爾納斯還在歐洲 ，梅米舍維奇 、萊昂納多和席爾瓦都會跟隨球隊出戰最後一階段的中超聯賽。
由於俱樂部目前囊中羞澀 ，球隊已經通知所有教練 、球員和工作人員都自行墊付差旅費 ，待財務狀況有所緩解之後，後續再報銷相關費用 。（搜狐體育 裴力）
