5.將牛肉放進西紅柿裏麵 ，讓西紅柿的味道進入牛肉裏麵。
6.再將土豆放進去，一起燉。
7.放入鹽味精 ，大概燉8分鍾左右，直至土豆麵了即可出鍋 。
8.不要把湯都燒沒，留一些就這米板吃肥腸可口的 。
