北京時間3月21日消息 ，费南李鐵率領的多因中國男足正在上海進行40強賽前的最後一期集訓 ，不過又一個不利消息傳來 。伤退剩艾據北青報記者肖赧透露 ，出国廣州隊歸化球員費南多因傷無法到隊 ，足集國足本期歸化球員僅有兩人能參訓 。训归
北青報記者肖赧寫道 ：“費南多是化球傷了。招了4個歸化 ，员仅隻有倆能到隊訓練 。克森”隨後 ，阿兰不少國內記者也確認了費南多受傷退出的费南消息，並表示費南多是多因在廣州隊熱身比賽時所受的傷 。
至此 ，伤退剩艾本期國足集訓僅剩下2名歸化球員 ，出国他們是足集艾克森與阿蘭 ，李鐵本打算磨合歸化球員的計劃 ，本次集訓也很可能無法實現 。在費南多傷退之前 ，廣州隊中後衛蔣光太也曾因為傷病問題 ，無法到隊報到 。
目前暫不知國足是否再次補充征調頂替費南多的球員入隊 。
