Life comes at you fast, and it seems everyone has learned that the hard way since November 2016, including Dave Chappelle.
Following the presidential election that put Donald Trump in the White House, Chappelle hosted Saturday Night Livewith a politically-loaded monologue that goaded the election results. But according to a speech the comedian gave this week at the Robin Hood gala, there's one sentence Chappelle uttered back then that he realizes he'd like to take back.

On Monday night, the comedian sang a very different tune.
"I was the first guy on TV to say 'Give Trump a chance,'" Chappelle reportedly said, according to tweets from attendees. "I fucked up. Sorry."
