一.蠔油豆角的做法是怎樣的?

豆角,蒜 ,豆角蠔油,法样鹽 ,蚝油生抽,豆角味精 ,法样花生油 。
製作過程
1.先把豆角過水 ,煮一會撈出控水待用。
2.鍋燒熱後放油 ,然後把切好的蒜放進去加蠔油一起炒一會兒 。
3.放豆角炒,加一點生抽 ,等炒得差不多 ,放鹽和味精出鍋 。

二.不宜同食
1 、豆角+醋:可能會使營養丟失 豆角富含胡蘿卜素 ,而醋酸可能會破壞胡蘿卜素結構 ,因而豆角與醋同食 ,不利於人體對胡蘿卜素的吸收 ,影響生長發育和新陳代謝等 。
三.適宜和禁忌

2.禁忌 :腹脹 、功能性消化不良、慢性消化道疾病患者人體進食豆角後 ,在消化、吸收的過程中可能產生較多氣體 ,會加重腸胃不適症狀,甚至出現腹瀉表現。因而腹脹、功能性消化不良 、有慢性消化道疾病患者不宜食用 。
