北京時間11月19日 ，曼城卖人據《太陽報》援引《El Chiringuito》的接近消息，曼城如今正在接近巴薩中場弗蘭基-德容 ，巴萨有望以7500萬英鎊的中场價格簽下這名荷蘭天才 ，而巴薩也樂於將其出售套現 。大脑
弗蘭基-德容在2019年夏天以6500萬英鎊的红蓝價格加盟巴薩，但他的乐意成長並未達到預期 ，而是套现隨著巴薩一道衰落。在經曆了本賽季艱難的曼城卖人開局後 ，有關弗蘭基-德容離開巴薩的接近消息越來越多，主要原因還是巴萨巴薩如今正遭遇著嚴重的經濟危機 。
