《通知》介紹道 ，社会设项社會足球指導員培訓體係建設項目包含撰寫培訓大綱 、员培編寫培訓教材 、训体系建製作培訓課件、目合製訂管理辦法 、足协征集足球指导作单製訂講師管理辦法 、公开建設考核題庫和開展人才培訓7大內容。社会设项
