7.下入西紅柿丁,改大火翻炒至出湯汁;
8.加入適量清水;
9.燒湯時準備麵疙瘩 :麵粉放進大碗,水滴狀滴入清水;
10.一邊倒水,一邊攪拌,中間可停止倒水,慢慢攪拌 ,適量在調整水量,將麵粉拌成大小合適均勻的麵疙瘩;
11.鍋中湯沸騰後,下入麵疙瘩,並迅速攪散;
12.再次燒開後,下入蝦仁(去掉薑絲);
13.再次沸騰後,加入適量鹽調味;
14.趁沸騰時,打入雞蛋 ,推出蛋花;
15.加入另一半蔥花和蒜末,推勻;
16.關火 ,滴入幾滴芝麻香油即可。
