1 、在給寶寶使用被子的時候 ，家長最好是選擇比較能夠透氣 ，並且沒有那麽重的被子 ，這樣 ，寶寶呼吸的時候就可以更加的順暢了，並且被子的材質一定不能會讓寶寶過敏 。當發現寶寶會出汗的時候 ，家長就要給寶寶減少一點被子了。

2 、家長們一定要注意給寶寶蓋被子時候，不要把寶寶的頭也蓋住 ，一般隻要蓋到寶寶脖子的位置就可以了 ，不然一不小心就很有可能會讓寶寶沒有辦法呼吸 。
