北京時間12月17日 ，敲定據西班牙電視六台透露 ，冬窗点曼城前鋒費蘭-托雷斯將以5000萬歐加500萬歐浮動的首签轉會身價加盟巴薩 。
根據此前多家媒體的欧维钦報道 ，巴薩主帥哈維希望在冬窗補強球隊的城杀鋒線陣容，並將曼城前鋒費蘭-托雷斯視為首要引援人選 ，星哈而巴薩已經與費蘭-托雷斯談妥了個人條款 ，巴萨據了解，敲定十日前曼城對費蘭-托雷斯的冬窗点要價為6000萬歐 ，而巴薩的首签報價則為4500萬歐 ，兩家俱樂部的欧维钦價格差距是1500萬歐 。而知名記者傑拉德-羅梅羅稱 ，城杀現在雙方價差已縮減至400萬歐至500萬歐之間 。星哈
