韓喬生說道 ：“中超在哪比賽 ，球现何時比賽 ，地鸡又一次陷入了難題 。毛足由於國腳隔離 ，协扩俱樂部欠薪 ，军改還有擴軍改革等很多的不懂問題 ，導致人湊不齊 、韩乔錢湊不齊、生中隊湊不齊，国足革让聯賽是球现一拖再拖。在欠薪的地鸡情況下還擴軍真有些荒唐 ，倒不如擇優錄取 。毛足”
“90年代初 ，日本遭遇經濟泡沫 ，日本足協直接去職業化改革超級聯賽 ，當初隻有10支球隊參加 ，堅持的原則就是寧缺毋濫 ，直到98年才擴軍到了18支球隊 ，當然人家的規則也是循序漸進的更改。從最初取消升降級到掐死工資帽 ，最後實現俱樂部財政公開化 ，嚴格按照足球自身規律進行規劃改革 。”
“反觀中國足球 ，與日本是同時改革 ，如今是一地雞毛 ，現在各種問題頻出 ，摁下葫蘆起了瓢 。再加上疫情影響 ，還想著擴軍 ，而不是思考如何穩住根基 、消除欠薪等問題 ，中國足協這波擴軍的改革真的是讓人看不懂 。”
