4.加入適量黑胡椒粉 。
5.鍋內熱油後放入牛扒 。

8.牛扒盛出來 ，把之前醃製牛扒的醬汁倒入鍋內加熱。
9.加熱後的醬汁澆在之前煎好的牛扒身上 。
