北京時間3月6日 ，巴媒據巴西媒體“環球體育”報道 ，格德山東魯能俱樂部（現已更名山東泰山）外援格德斯（Róger Guedes）拒絕與球隊續約，斯拒山东商解雙方即將解約 。泰山
巴西媒體在報道當中表示 ，续约在隨隊獲得2020賽季足協杯冠軍 ，欲寻约並且榮膺最佳射手之後 ，求协格德斯即將離開效力了接近三年的巴媒山東泰山俱樂部 。這位24歲的格德前鋒拒絕了山東泰山提出的續約邀約 ，雙方協商友好解約 。斯拒山东商解
目前 ，泰山格德斯將會留在巴西，续约隨Criciúma訓練以保持狀態 ，欲寻约並且力求加盟聖保羅俱樂部 。求协他與山東泰山俱樂部的巴媒合約將在2022年7月到期，目前仍然有合約障礙。去年 ，他甚至上訴到了FIFA ，指控山東隊欠薪並且違反合同，隨後球隊補償了欠薪 ，隨後格德斯撤訴 。
巴西媒體分析說 ，如果格德斯與山東泰山終止合同，與他在中超的高薪相比 ，重返巴西效力要麵臨降薪 。巴西的轉會窗將從當地時間3月1日開啟 ，持續到5月 。
2018年7月，格德斯從帕爾梅拉斯轉會中超山東泰山 ，迄今為止代表山東隊出場153次，貢獻了46粒進球和19次助攻 。德國媒體“轉會市場”給他開出了高達950萬歐元（約合7354萬元人民幣）的身價 。
