Walmart announced plans Wednesday to host a savings event rivaling Amazon Prime Day — and it's happening reallysoon.
Walmart+ Weekend will take place during the first weekend of June, beginning at 3 p.m. ET on June 2 and ending at 7 p.m. ET on June 5. There's a catch, though: You'll have to be a Walmart+ member to get access to any of the savings.
Luckily, it's really easy to sign up, and we think it's a worthwhile service even outside of Walmart+ Weekend. Membership perks include free shipping with no order minimums, free grocery delivery from your local Walmart store, early access to special promotions and events, and more.
SEE ALSO:Everything we know about Amazon Prime Day so farWhile we don't know too much about what deals will be live during Walmart+ Weekend (though we'll let you know when we do), we are aware of a few, including 45% off the Keurig K Compact coffee maker, $200 off the Shark self-empty robot vacuum, and a restock of the coveted PlayStation 5.
If you're not a Walmart+ member yet, now is the time to become one, and if you have a physical Walmart location near you, you can score a $20 discount code toward your next purchase if you complete the sign-up process in-store.
We'll see you on June 2 for Walmart+ Weekend.
