此前有多位貴州足球俱樂部隊員 ，州队在社交平台上發聲控訴球隊的公开欠薪行為 ，根據他們的训练描述，貴州隊已經拖欠了14個月的承诺球員薪水 ，另外還拖欠了2019 、补上2020、球员欠薪以及2021三個賽季的文筱大部分獎金與績效 。在與俱樂部方麵進行了多次協商之後 ，婷现俱樂部同意與球員們簽署分期補發條約 ，身贵但等到合約執行之時 ，州队卻多次以各種理由搪塞過去。公开
針對此事 ，训练俱樂部副董事長文筱婷表示 ，俱樂部方麵已同球員都溝通好了 ：“出現困難的情況 ，球員有各種想法也都正常 。集團本身是以房地產為主業 ，（目前）出現了資金回籠的斷層 ，所以才有了各種問題。欠球員的錢俱樂部肯定是要給的，隻是之前在時間節點上有些分歧 。無論出現什麽問題 ，集團一定會積極解決 ，不管多難都會盡全力去解決困境。”
