Reaching an Olympic final is for top athletes a lifetime goal brimming with both joy and pressure.
But two Irish brothers in Rio managed to find the lighthearted side of it.
In an interview with RTE, Gary and Paul O'Donovan talked thoroughly about what they're going to do before the final of the men's lightweight double sculls in Rio.
"We're going into an ice bath and get a steak; food is fantastic here," says one.
"You could have steak and spuds for breakfast lunch and dinner if you like," said the other O'Donovan, although coach Dominic Casey is "going mad because there's no Kerr's Pinks [potato cultivar produced in Ireland]".
Asked if there's a complicated strategy unfolding ahead of the final, Paul said: "It isn't too complex really: A to B as fast as you can go and hope for the best. Close the eyes and pull like a dog."
Easy, innit?
