《規劃》提到，男足男子國家隊力爭達到亞洲一流水平 ，亚洲女子國家隊力爭達到亞洲領先水平 。流女
《規劃》還提到，国家规划要大力推進足球等項目職業聯賽管理機構建設，体育打造體係完善、总局足亚洲领具有世界影響力的发展職業聯賽 ，並以亞洲杯為契機推進足球場館建設運營 。男足
