本周一 ，西媒《巴黎人報》表示 ，拉莫黎执巴黎聖日耳曼內部已開始質疑簽約拉莫斯的斯正決定 ，並且不排除未來與其提前解約的处于惩可能 。但一天之後 ，保护被严《世界體育報》就表示 ，期巴巴黎無法與拉莫斯解約 ，意解约球員目前正處於保護期 。西媒
《世界體育報》表示，拉莫黎执拉莫斯身邊的斯正人士告知他們，巴黎不會終止與拉莫斯的处于惩合同，並且在任何時候都不會出現這種狀況 。保护被严球員的期巴合同、法國方麵的意解约法律 ，使得巴黎無法與拉莫斯解約 。西媒如果巴黎一意孤行 ，除了要賠付違約金外 ，俱樂部還會遭到嚴厲的製裁 ，其中就包括在連續兩個完整的注冊期內 ，俱樂部被禁止在國內和國際賽事注冊新球員。
《世界體育報》指出，根據國際足聯的相關規定 ，拉莫斯正處於保護期中 。拉莫斯與巴黎簽訂的是一份為期兩年的合同 ，而合同的前三年 ，即為合同保護期 。另根據相關條例 ：“在任何情況下 ，終止合同的一方都有支付賠償金的義務 ，具體賠償金額以規定為準 。除非合同中另有規定，否則將考慮國家立法 、運動特點和其它客觀標準 ，來進行計算賠償金額 。”
