6.另外起煮鍋 ，將泡好的做法鮑魚仔和蠔翻炒將水分揮發掉 ，且鮑魚仔和蠔表麵炒至金黃色後加入適量的料酒去腥 。
7.最後把步驟5的雞肉加入和步驟6的鮑魚 、蠔一起燜
8.蓋上鍋蓋 ，文火燜至收汁即可 ，大概半個小時吧
9.收汁就可以關火了
